🎮 kalyan bazar jodi chartI would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue regarding my recent order. I placed the order on 15th March 2026 and received the product on 22nd March 2026. As the product did not fit properly, I initiated a return request on 23rd March 2026. However, the app showed a “self-ship” option. Upon contacting customer care, I was informed that a complaint would be raised to cancel the self-ship request and that I should place a fresh return request due to a technical issue in the Myntra app. Despite waiting for 24 hours, the option was still not visible. I contacted customer support again after 48 hours, and I was advised to wait another 24 hours. Unfortunately, even after multiple follow-ups and repeated waiting periods, the issue remains unresolved as of today, 1st April 2026. This delay is highly concerning, as the product has not been picked up and my refund is still pending. I am quite disappointed with the experience, especially from a platform known for its reliability.
